Ⅰ. 생활수칙

제1장 총  칙

제1조(목적) 이 수칙은 대구가톨릭대학교 기숙사 규정(이하 “규정”이라 한다.)에 따라 거주기간 중 질서 있고 안전한 공동생활을 영위하기 위하여 준수 사항을 정함을 목적으로 한다.

제2조(명칭) 이 수칙은 대구가톨대학교 기숙사(다솜마을) 「생활수칙」이라 칭한다.

제3조(호실배정)

  ①  호실배정은 무작위로 이루어지며, 배정된 호실은 사생이 임의로 변경할 수 없다.

  ②  학기 중 변동사항에 의해 사감은 호실 변경을 지시할 수 있다.

제2장 준수사항

제4조(출입)

  ①  각 관의 개방시간은 06:00~24:00이다. 단, 필요시 관장은 출입시간을 변경할 수 있다.

  ②  사생은 입사 시 안면 사진을 등록하여 출입통제시스템을 통하여 출입하여야 한다.

    열쇠는 본인이 항상 휴대하여야 한다.

    쇠의 분실 또는 훼손 시 기숙사 행정동에서 재발급 받으며, 재발급 비용은 본인이 부담한다.

제5조(입실점검)

  ①  입실점검은 매일 24:00 출입관리시스템을 통하여 확인하며 필요에 따라 대면 입실점검을 실시할 수 있다.

  ②  입실점검 이후 입실 : 특별사유로 정해진 입실시간 이후 입실 할 경우 해당 학과를 통하여 승인(전자문서)을 받아서 실시할 수 있다.

  ③  입실점검 관장이 필요하다고 인정할 때 생활안전점검을 실시할 수 있다.

제6조(소등)

  ①  소등시간은 익일 01:00이다.

  ②  소등시간 이후에는 수면에 방해가 되지 않도록 다음 각 호를 준수한다.

    1. 타 호실 출입 금지

    2. 실내등은 수면등으로 전환

    3. 방에서 통화할 수 없으며, 꼭 필요한 경우 휴게실 이용

    4. 컴퓨터 사용을 자제하고, 음향 청취 시 이어폰 사용

    5. 생활소음 주의(말소리, 문소리, 슬리퍼소리 등)

    6. 소등이후 「생활수칙」에 위배되는 행위를 한 사생은 제21조에 의거 벌점 처분을 받는다.

제7조(시설이용)

  ①  생활관 내 휴게실 및 복지시설은 허용된 시간에 한하여 이용할 수 있다. 단, 관장은 필요 시 사용 제한 조치를 할 수 있다.

  ②  사생은 기숙사 내 모든 공공시설을 사용함에 안전과 질서를 유지하여야 한다.

제8조(공지 및 게시물 부착)

 ① 사생은 지정된 기숙사 홈페이지 또는 게시판의 공고내용을 숙지하여 실천해야하며, 모든 공지문은 게시 후 3일이 경과하면 사생에게 주지된
것으로 간주하고 미 숙독으로 인하여 발생한 모든 문제는 본인이 책임진다.

 ②  관장이 인정하지 않는 게시물은 불법 게시물로 간주하여 임의 제거한다.

제9조(관리)

 ①  공공시설물은 항상 아껴서 사용하여야 한다.

 ②  모든 개인물품은 본인이 관리하고 책임진다. 특히 개인물품의 분실방지 및 열쇠 관리를 철저히 하여 사전에 불미스런 사고 등을 예방하며, 이에 대하여 관리자는 책임지지 않는다.

 ③  기숙사 내 시설물을 임의로 옮길 수 없다.

 ④  사생이 고의 또는 과실로 시설물이나 비품집기를 분실 및 훼손하였을 경우에는 현 시가에 준하는 금액으로 변상하여야 한다.
(예 : 방문, 옷장, 책상, 책꽂이, 침대 등에 스티커나 고리, 거울 등의부착물로 인해 집기가 훼손되는 경우 포함)

 ⑤  기숙사 내 모든 CCTV는 개인적 사유로 사생에게 공개하지 않는다.

제10조(화기단속 및 청소 등)

 ①  사생은 호실 내의 화기단속과 청소를 책임진다.

 ②  호실 내에서는 인화물질이나 허락되지 않은 전기 제품을 사용할 수 없으며, 방을 비울 경우 모든 전원코드를 뽑고 소등한다.

 ③  화재 발견 시 방과 복도에 비치된 소화기로 초기 진화 후 사무실에 알린다. (초, 향초, 모기향, 폭죽 사용금지)

 ④  난방과 온수는 한정된 양이 공급되므로 낭비하지 않도록 하며, 방을 비울 때는 반드시 창문을 닫는다.

 ⑤  쓰레기는 정해진 방법에 따라 분리배출 한다.

제11조(면학분위기 조성)

  ①  사생은 면학분위기 조성에 적극 협조하여야 한다.

  ②  관장은 면학분위기 조성에 반하는 행위를 한 자에 대하여 「기숙사 규정 제22조 제2항」에 의거 퇴사처분 할 수 있다.

제12조(통신) 정보통신망(유/무선 통신)의 이용과 관련해서는 기숙사 내 관련 규정에 따라야 한다.

제13조(우편물) 사생의 우편물 중 택배는 지정 장소에서 수령하고, 등기 및 특수우편물은 각 관 담당자가 수령하여 사생에게 전달한다.

제3장 외  박

제14조(외박) 외박 횟수 제한은 없으나, 1회당 7일을 초과하여 신청할 수 없다. 단, 예외 상황 발생 시 횟수를 제한 할 수 있다.

제15조(외박 신청)

    외박신청은 매일 23:50까지 ‘대구가톨릭대학교 학생지원통합시스템’으로 신청하며, 신청 절차를 거치지 않고 귀사하지 않으면 무단외박으로 벌점 처분한다.

  ②  관장이 특별히 허락한 자는 장기외박을 할 수 있다.

  ③  학기 종료에 따른 지정퇴사일 전일은 외박 신청을 할 수 없다.

 

 

제4장 생활지도 및 상담

제16조(생활지도)

  ①  사생은 사내생활에 있어서 어려운 문제나 불편한 점이 있을 때 각 생활관 사무실 또는 기숙사 행정동을 방문하여 조언을 구할 수 있다.

  ②  관장, 팀장, 각 생활관 직원은 사생의 생활지도와 관련하여 사생을 상담할 수 있다.

제5장 퇴  사

제17조(퇴사구분) 퇴사는 다음과 같이 구분한다.

  ①  기간만료퇴사 : 거주기간 만료로 퇴사하는 경우

  ②  자진퇴사 : 휴학, 질병, 취업 등의 사유로 학기 중 본인 스스로 퇴사를 결정한 경우이며, 퇴사희망일 1주일 이전에 퇴사원서를 생활관에 제출 하여야 한다.

  ③  자격상실퇴사 : 학칙에 의하여 징계처분을 받은 자

  ④  권고퇴사 : 질병이나 심각한 개인습관(잠버릇) 등으로 공동생활에 부적합하다고 판단된 경우

  ⑤  즉시퇴사 : 벌점제의 관련 조항에 해당하는 행위를 하여 퇴사 처분을 받은 경우

  ⑥  벌점퇴사 : 일정 이상의 벌점을 누적하여 학기 중 퇴사 처분을 받는 경우

  ⑦  영구퇴사 : 벌점제의 영구퇴사에 해당하는 행위를 하여 학기 중 퇴사 처분을 받는 경우

제18조(퇴사처리)

  ①  학기 중 퇴사 처분을 받은 자는 통보일로부터 1주일 이내 퇴사하는 것을 원칙으로 하나, 「즉시퇴사」처분을 받은 자, 위장숙박 관련 행위자, 이성생활공간 무단 침입  관련자는 퇴사 통보 시점 기준 익일 퇴사를 원칙으로 한다. 관장은 경우에 따라 퇴사시기를 별도로 정할 수 있다.

  ②  장학생으로서 기숙사에 입사한 자가 장학생 자격을 상실할 경우 그 시점에서 퇴사하여야 한다. 다만, 해당학기 납부금을 본인이 납부할 경우 계속 거주할 수 있다.

 

제6장 납 부 금

제19조(납부금 및 환불)

  ①  납부금은 입사통보를 받은 후 결정된 납입금을 정해진 기한 내에 납부하여야 하며, 납부하지 않을 경우 입사할 수 없다.

  ②  입사자 환불기준은 다음과 같다.

     - 공식입사일로부터 4주 이내: 잔여주수(퇴사일이 속한 주 제외) X 주당관리비 - 관리비 전액의 50%공제

      - 공식입사일로부터 4주 이후: 잔여주수(퇴사일이 속한 주 제외) X 주당관리비 - 관리비 전액의 10%공제

- 자격상실퇴사, 즉시퇴사, 벌점퇴사 또는 영구퇴사 : 주당 관리비×잔여주수
(퇴사일이 속한 주 제외)-관리비 20%

-  공식 퇴사일 기준 잔여일 4주 이하, 방학잔류 중 퇴사일 기준 잔여일 1주 이하 퇴사 시 환불하지 않는다.

  ③ 국가전염병재난 상황에 따라 관리비 환불금액이 변동될 수 있다.

제7장 상 · 벌점제

제20조(상점제)

  ①  기숙사 발전에 기여하거나, 공동생활 및 안전 활동에 모범을 보인 사생에 대하여 다음과 같이 상점을 부여한다.

  • 건물 안팎의 불안전 또는 위험요소를 발견하고 대처한 행위

  • 금연, 쓰레기분리 활동

  • 기숙사 내 봉사활동에 4시간이상 참여한 자

  ②  생활관 직원회의에서 인정된 활동에 대해서도 정한 상점을 부여할 수 있다.

 

제21조(벌점제)

  ①  생활관의 공동생활안전을 위하여 지켜야 할 사항들을 준수하지 않은 사생에 대하여 다음과 같이 벌점을 부여하며, 명시되지 않은 벌점은 생활관 직원회의에서 별도 조정하여 부여할 수 있다.

  ②  벌점제는 일반 상황과 국가전염병재난 상황으로 구분하여 적용한다.

제22조(벌점 상쇄와 소멸)

  ①  사생이 벌점을 받았을 경우, 상점으로 벌점을 상쇄할 수 있다.

  ②  ‘누적벌점’이라 함은 해당 학기에 받은 벌점의 총합을 말한다.

  ③  ‘잔여벌점’이라 함은 상점으로 벌점을 상쇄하고도 남은 벌점을 말한다.

  ④  ‘잔여상점’이라 함은 벌점을 상쇄하고도 남은 상점을 말한다.

  ⑤  벌점 상쇄를 목적으로 상점제를 수행하다가 중단할 경우, 상점은 소멸되고 벌점은 그대로 남는다.

  ⑥  학기가 시작되면 전 학기의 ‘누적벌점’ 및 ‘잔여벌점’은 자동 소멸된다.

제23조(입사 상점)

  ①  잔여상점은 다음 학기 선발에 있어서 입사 상점으로 환산하여 반영한다.

  ②  입사 상점은 상점 5점에 입사점수 +1점으로 반영되고, 최대 +5점(상점 25점)까지a 다음학기에 적용하며, 누적 이월되지 않는다.

  ③  층장이 자신의 업무를 소홀히 하여 업무상의 혼란이나 피해를 초래한 경우
층장 입사점수(+5점)는 삭감될 수 있다.

제24조(벌점자 처분)

 ① 경고조치 : 사생의 해당 학기 ‘잔여벌점’이 10점 이상이면 사감은 사생에게 벌점관리 경고조치(입사제한 처분의 가능성)를 구두와 서면으로 1회 조치하고, 부모 또는
그에 준하는 역할을 하는 이에게도 통보할 수 있다. 벌점으로 경고 조치를 받은 사생은 상점제 활동을 통하여 벌점 관리에 적극 힘써야 한다.

  ②  즉시퇴사 : 즉시퇴사에 해당하는 행위를 하였을 경우, 즉시퇴사 조치 및 벌점 15점을 부과하며, 다른 ‘잔여벌점’이 있다면 합산하여 처분한다.

  ③  입사제한 : 사생이 ‘잔여벌점’이 15점 이상을 발생시키거나, 해당 학기에 받은 ‘누적벌점’이 25점 이상이면 입사제한 처분을 받는다. 이 경우에는
해당 학기를 제외하고, 다음 1개 학기 동안 입사가 허용되지 않는다.

  ④ 벌점퇴사 : 사생이 ‘잔여벌점’ 20점 이상을 발생시키거나, 해당 학기에 받은 ‘누적벌점’이 30점 이상이면 벌점퇴사 처분을 받는다. 이 경우에는 학기 중 퇴사 조치되며, 해당 학기를 제외하고, 다음 2개 학기 동안 입사가 허용되지 않는다.

  ⑤  영구퇴사 : 영구퇴사에 해당하는 행위를 하였을 경우 학기 중 퇴사 조치되며, 향후 재입사의 기회가 주어지지 않는다.

  ⑥  입사제한, 벌점퇴사, 영구퇴사 조치가 된 경우는 관에 게시할 수 있다.

제8장 기 타

제25조(개인용 이동장치 및 차량이용) 자전거, 킥보드 등(이하 ‘개인형 이동 장치’라 한다.)의 이용은 다음과 같이 한다.

  ①  사생은 기숙사 내에서 개인형 이동장치를 탄 채로 다니지 않는 것을 원칙으로 하며, 필요한 경우 관장의 사전 승인을 받아야 한다.

  ②  기숙사 내에서 개인형 이동장치를 최대한 저속으로 안전운행 해야 하고, 비상 시 외에는 경음기를 사용하지 않는다.

  ③ 기숙사 내에 개인 자동차를 운행, 주정차할 수 없다. 단, 입․퇴사, 신체장애 등 부득이한 경우에는 반드시 기숙사 행정동 또는 초소에서 사전 출입허락을 받아야 하며, 그 경우 한시적으로 출입할 수 있다.

  ④  개인형 이동장치를 생활관에서 무단으로 충전할 수 없으며, 충전, 취급부주의에 따른 화재 또는 안전사고 발생 시 책임을 진다.

  ⑤  공유 킥보드는 기숙사 내 출입이 불가하며, 개인 킥보드는 자전거 거치대에 보관할 수 있다.

제26조(반려동물 사육) 기숙사 내에서는 포유류, 조류, 파충류, 양서류, 관상어류 등 어떠한 반려동물도 사육할 수 없다.

제27조(상행위) 기숙사 내에서는 과외교습 등 영리를 목적으로 한 일체의 상행위를 할 수 없다.

① (시행일) 이 수칙은 2019년 9월 1일부터 시행한다.

➁ (적용례) 시행일에도 불구하고 개정사항은 2022학년도 1학기 입사생부터 적용한다.

Daegu Catholic University Dormitory (Dasom Village) - Living Rules

 

Ⅰ. Living Rules

Section 1: General Guidelines

Article 1 (Purpose)

  These rules are established for the purpose of maintaining orderly and safe community living during the residence period in accordance with the Daegu Catholic University dormitory regulations (hereinafter referred to as "the regulations").

Article 2 (Name)
The name of this document is Daegu Catholic University (Dasom Village) ‘Dormitory Regulations.’

Article 3 (Room Assignment)

  ①  Rooms are assigned randomly. Once assigned, rooms cannot be arbitrarily changed.

  ②  During the semester, the dormitory superintendent may make changes to room allocation

Section 2: Compliance

Article 4 (Access)

  ①  Every building is open from 06:00 to 24:00. If necessary, these hours may be changed by the director.

  ②  When joining the dormitory, students must register a facial photo which will be entered into the access control system.

  ③  Keys should always be carried by the owner.

  ④  In the event of a lost or damaged access key, a replacement can be obtained from the Dormitory Administration. There will be a fee for the cost of a replacement.

Article 5 (Admission Inspection)

  ①  Admission inspection is checked through the access management system at 24:00 every day, and face-to-face admission inspection may be conducted if necessary.

  ②  Admission after end of specified admission time may be carried out under special circumstances after obtaining approval (electronic document) through the relevant department.

  ③  When deemed necessary by the dormitory manager, a life safety check can be conducted.

Article 6 (Lights Out)

  ①  Lights out is at 01:00 (1 a.m.).

  ②  After lights out, please abide by the following rules to avoid disturbing others:

    -  Do not enter other rooms.

    -  Switch indoor lights to sleep lights.

    -  Do not talk inside the rooms. Use the common area, if necessary.

    -  Avoid the use of computers. When listening to audio, use earphones.

    -  Be considerate of natural noises (your voice, sound of opening doors, footsteps, etc.).

    -  A person who violates the ‘Dormitory Regulations’ after Lights Out will be penalized as described in Article 21.

Article 7 (Use of Facilities)

  ①  Restrooms and welfare facilities are only available for use during specified times. However, the director may restrict usage if necessary.

  ②  Use the facilities in the dormitory in a safe and orderly manner at all times.

Article 8 (Notices and Postings)

  ①  Residents should familiarize themselves with and follow the announcements on the designated dormitory website or bulletin board, and all notices are considered delivered to residents after 3 days of posting. Any problems caused by not reading are the resident's responsibility.

  ②  Unauthorized posts are considered illegal and can be removed at will.

Article 9 (Management)

  ①  Public facilities should be used sparingly.

  ②  You are responsible for all of your personal belongings. By taking care of your personal belongings and managing your key at all times, incidents can be prevented. The manager is not responsible for incidents that occur as a result of misplaced personal belongings and keys.

  ③  Facilities and equipment in the dormitory should not be moved without good reason.

  ④  If facilities or equipment in the dormitory are intentionally or accidentally lost or damaged, the person responsible shall pay for the cost of damages based on the current market price. (For example, furniture such as doors, closets, desks, bookshelves, and beds can be damaged by stickers, hooks, mirrors, etc.)

  ⑤  All CCTV within the dormitory will not be disclosed to the residents for personal reasons.

Article 10 (Fire Prevention and Cleaning Responsibilities)

  ①  Dormitory residents are responsible for cleanliness and prevention of fires in their rooms.

  ② The use of flammable materials or unauthorized electrical devices is not permitted in the dormitory, and all power cords must be unplugged and lights turned off when leaving the room.

  ③  In the event of a fire, extinguish it initially with the fire extinguisher in the room and corridor and notify the office. (Candles, incense, mosquito incense, and firecrackers are prohibited)

  ④  Heating and hot water are supplied in limited quantities, so do not waste them, and always close the windows when leaving the room.

  ⑤  Trash must be separated and disposed of according to the designated method.

Article 11 (Creating an Environment Conducive to Learning)

  ①  Dormitory residents should cooperate to create an environment conducive to learning.

  ②  The director may dismiss a resident who undermines the creation or maintenance of an environment conducive to learning. That person will be penalized as described in Article 22 (2) of the Dormitory Regulations.

Article 12 (Communication)

  Relevant dormitory regulations shall be followed with regard to the use of wired and wireless telecommunication networks.

Article 13 (Postal Mail)

  Among dormitory residents’ mail, parcels will be received at the designated place, and regular mail items (e.g., registered and special mail) will be received and delivered to the relevant person by the person in charge of each building.

Section 3: Staying Away Overnight

Article 14 (Types of Staying Away Overnight)

  ①  There is no restriction on the number of nights staying  away, but there is a limit of 7 days per period away. However, this may be limited in exceptional circumstances.

Article 15 (Application to Stay Away Overnight)

  ①  Applications to stay away overnight are accepted until 23:50 by the Daegu Catholic University Student Support Integrated System. If you do not follow the procedure to stay away overnight and you do not return to your dormitory room, you will be given an unauthorized absence.

  ②  Long-term stays away may be permitted by the director for special circumstances.

  ③  Trainees at the Korean Language Education Center must submit an application form to the dormitory for permission to stay away overnight.

  ④  Applications to stay away overnight cannot be made on the day before  the designated moving-out date at the end of semester.

Section 4: Counseling and Consultation

Article 16 (Life Counseling)

  ①  If a dormitory resident is experiencing difficulties in their school life, they can visit the superintendent, deputy superintendent, or the Dormitory Administration office for advice.

  ②  The director, team leader, or superintendent of each section can consult with dormitory residents’ teachers regarding counseling matters.

Section 5: Moving Out

Article 17 (Move-out Classification) The types of move-out are classified as follows:

  ①  Residency Expiration Move-out: The dormitory student moves out due to the expiration of the residency period.

  ②  Voluntary Move-out: If moving out due to sabbatical, illness, or employment, you are required to submit a move-out form to the superintendent at least one week before the date you intend to leave.

  ③  Disqualification Move-out: For a person who has been disciplined in line with university regulations.

  ④  Recommended Move-out: This is when a student is deemed unsuitable for communal living due to illness or personal habits (e.g. sleeping issues).

  ⑤  Immediate Move-out: In the case of someone being discharged for an act falling under the relevant provisions of the penalty point system.

  ⑥  Penalty Move-out: This is in the case of accumulating too many penalty points during the semester, or in cases where the student is not permitted to return to school for two semesters for disciplinary reasons.

  ⑦  Permanent Move-out: This is in the case of permanent expulsion from the school during the semester, for an act equivalent to permanent expulsion through the penalty point system.

Article 18 (Move-out Procedure)

  ①  If a student is dismissed during the semester, the student is expected to move out of the dormitory within one week of the notification. In the case of anyone asked to move out immediately, such as anyone allowing unauthorized visitors to stay the night, or anyone intruding into a space for members of the opposite sex, they should leave the following day. The director may also specify a date for move-out.

  ②  If a student is living in the dormitory as part of a scholarship, that student must move out of the dormitory if the scholarship status is lost unless the student is able to pay for the cost of living in the dormitory on their own, from that point onwards.

Section 6: Refunds

Article 19 (Payment and Refund)

  ①  Payment must be made within the designated period after receiving the admission notice, based on the determined payment amount, and if not paid, admission will not be allowed.

  ②  The refund standards for those admitted are as follows:
Refund amount: Weekly management fee × number of remaining weeks (excluding the week containing the resignation date)
In case of disqualification resignation, immediate resignation, penalty resignation, or permanent resignation: Weekly management fee × number of remaining weeks (excluding the week containing the resignation date) - management fee 5%
No refund if the remaining days are less than 4 weeks from the official resignation date, or if the remaining days are less than 1 week from the resignation date during vacation stay.

  ③  The management fee refund amount may change according to the national epidemic disaster situation.

Section 7: Award and Penalty Points System

Article 20 (Award Points System)

  ①  Award points shall be given to dormitory residents who help with the maintenance of the dormitories or who set examples for model communal living  and safety.

Article 22 (Receiving, Holding and Deleting Penalty Points)

  ①  If a resident receives penalty points, the penalty may be offset by the number of points already earned.

  ②  ‘Accumulated penalty points’ refers to the total amount of penalty points a resident has accrued during a semester.

  ③  ‘Remaining penalty points’ refers to the amount of penalty points left over after being offset by the number of award points.

  ④  ‘Remaining award points’ refers to the amount of award points left over after being offset by penalty points.

  ⑤  If the award point system is interrupted while in the process of offsetting penalty points, the award points will be lost but the penalty points will remain.

  ⑥  At the beginning of the semester, the ‘accumulated penalty points’ and ‘remaining penalty points’ are automatically deleted.

Article 23 (Enrolment Award Points)

  ①  If there are ‘remaining award points,’ a student who has applied for enrolment award points will receive those award points the following school year.

  ②  One (1) point is awarded for enrolment and a maximum of five (5) points can be applied to the following year. Additional points do not roll forward to subsequent years.

  ③  If the floor manager neglects their duties and this causes confusion, the enrolment points (+5) may be reduced.

Article 24 (Disposing of Penalty Points)

  ①  Warning: If there are ten (10) or more ‘residual penalty points’ in the school year, the student will be issued a penalty warning notice up to two times, verbally and in writing, and the parents will also be notified. A student who has received a warning about their penalty points should actively work toward reducing their penalty points.

  ②  Immediate move-out (expulsion): If an act that corresponds to immediate retirement is performed, 15 points of penalty shall be imposed immediately, and if there is any other 'remaining penalty point', it shall be disposed of in addition.

  ③  If a student receives 15 or more ‘residual penalty points’ or if the total number of penalty points accrued during the semester is 25 or more, that student will not be allowed to enrol for the next semester or will be subject to enrolment restriction for one semester.

  ④  Penalty point move-out (expulsion): If a student receives 20 or more ‘residual penalty points’ or if the total number of penalty points accrued during the semester is 30 or more, they will be subject to a Penalty Move-out. In this case, the student will be subject to a move-out during the semester and will not be allowed to enrol for two semesters after the current semester.

  ⑤  If a rule meriting a Permanent Move-out is violated, then that student will be subject to a Permanent Move-out during the semester and will not be able to enrol again later.

  ⑥   In the cases of Restricted Enrolment, Penalty Move-out, or Permanent Move-out, the student may be posted by the administration.

Section 8: Miscellaneous

Article 25 (Use of Personal Mobility Devices and Vehicles)
The use of bicycles, kick scooters, etc. (referred to as 'personal mobility devices') shall be as follows:

  ①  Residents must not ride personal mobility devices inside the dormitory, and if necessary, must obtain prior approval from the director.

  ②  Residents must drive personal mobility devices at a very low speed inside the dormitory, and except in emergencies, must not use a horn.

  ③  Personal cars may not be driven or parked inside the dormitory. However, in unavoidable cases such as moving in/out, or physical disability, permission must be obtained from the dormitory administration office or security post, and temporary entry may be allowed.

  ④  Personal mobility devices may not be charged unauthorizedly in the living quarters, and the individual is responsible for fires or safety accidents caused by careless charging or handling.

  ⑤  Shared kick scooters are not allowed in the dormitory, and personal kick scooters can be stored on a bicycle rack.

Article 26 (Pet Keeping)

  In the dormitory, mammals, birds, reptiles, amphibians, ornamental fish, etc. no pets of any kind may be kept.

Article 27 (Commercial Activities)

   In the dormitory, no commercial activities such as private tutoring for profit can be performed

大邱天主教大学宿舍(다솜마을) 「生活守则」

 

. 生活守则

第一章 总则

第一条 (目的) 该守则根据住宿生所签署的约定而设立, 以确定在入住期间为维持有序, 安全的共同生活而应遵守的事项为目的。

第二条 (名称) 该守则被名为大邱加图立大学宿舍(다솜마을)「生活守则」。

第三条 (寝室安排)

  ① 寝室按照随机进行分配,安排的寝室, 住宿生不得随意进行变更换。

  ② 根据学期中发生的变动事项, 宿管可以指示变更寝室。

第二章 遵守事项

第四条 (出入)

  ➀各生活馆的开放时间为06:00~24:00。但,在必要的时候馆长可对出入时间做出改动。

  ②住宿生进入生活馆时, 须登记面部照片, 通过出入控制系统出入。

  ③请随身携带钥匙。

  ④钥匙丢失或损坏时, 将在宿舍办公室重新发放,重新发放费用由本人承担。

第五条 (入室检查)

  ➀入室检查每天24:00通过出入管理系统进行确认, 必要时可进行面对面入室检查。

  ②入室检查时间以后入室 : 因特殊原因规定的入室时间后入室时,可通过相关学科获得批准(电子文件)后实施。

  ③馆长认为有必要时, 可以实施生活安全检查。

第六条 (熄灯)

  ① 熄灯时间为凌晨01:00。

  ② 熄灯以后为防止出现妨碍他人睡眠的情况,请遵守以下事项。

    1. 禁止出入他人房间。

    2. 室内灯光请换为就寝灯。

    3. 请勿在房内进行电话通话,必要时请使用休息室

    4. 尽量避免使用电脑, 收听音响时使用耳机

    5. 减少生活噪音(谈话, 开关门, 拖鞋等)。

    6.熄灯后有违反《生活守则》行为的住宿生,依照本守则第二十一条给予扣分处分。

第七条 (设施使用)

  ➀生活馆内的休息室及福利设施限于允许的时间使用。
但是, 馆长必要时可以采取限制使用措施。

  ➁住宿生使用宿舍内所有公共设施时都请要保持安全与秩序。

第八条 (公告物 粘贴)

  ➀住宿生应熟知指定的宿舍网站或公告栏上的公告内容并付诸实践,所有公告在发布后3天视为已告知师生, 因未熟知而发生的所有问题均由本人负责。

  ➁没有得到馆长认证的公告物将被视为非法告示物并予以摘除。

第九条 (管理)

  ➀使用时, 请爱护公共设施。

  ➁所有个人物品都由本人管理和负责。为预防发生不愉快的事件请特别注意防止个人物品的丢失及钥匙的管理,管理者对此不负责任。

  ③不得随意移动宿舍内的设施。

  ④住宿生故意或过失丢失或损毁设施或备用物品的,应按照现市价赔偿。
(例: 被房门,衣柜,书桌,书柜,床等贴纸,环或镜子等附着物损坏时)

  ⑤宿舍内所有CCTV因个人原因不向宿舍生公开。

第十条 (火器管制及清扫责任)

  ① 住宿生负责自己寝室内火器的管制和清理。

  ②寝室内不得使用易燃物或未经许可的电器, 如果不在房间拔掉所有电源线后熄灯。

  ③发现火灾时,用房间和走廊里的灭火器进行初期灭火后通知办公室。
(禁止使用蜡烛、香烛、蚊香、鞭炮)

  ④暖气和热水供应有限量,不要浪费,外出时一定要关上窗户。

  ⑤垃圾按照规定的方法分类排放。

第十一条 (营造勤学氛围)

  ① 住宿生要积极配合营造勤学氛围。

  ②馆长对有违反勤学氛围的行为者,可以依据《宿舍规定》第22条第2款给予退舍处分。

第十二条 (通讯) 关于使用信息通信网(有线/无线通信), 应遵循宿舍内的有关规定。

第十三条 (邮件) 住宿生邮件中,快递在指定的快递保管室收取,普通邮件(挂号及特殊邮件)由各馆负责人领取并转交给学生。

第三章 外宿

第十四条 (外宿) 外宿次数没有限制,但每次不得超过7天申请。 只是发生例外情况时可以限制次数。

第十五条 (外宿申请)

  ➀外宿申请每天23:50之前通过 "대구가톨릭대학교학생지원통합시스템"进行申请。如果不经过申请程序而未归的情况, 作为无端外宿进行扣分处理。

  ②得到馆长特批者可长期外宿。

  ③根据学期结束,指定退舍日的前一天不可申请外宿。

第四章 生活指导与商谈

第十六条 (生活指导)

  ➀住宿生在馆内生活中遇到难题或不便时可到各馆的办公室或宿舍办公室问询。

  ② 馆长、组长、各馆职员可以咨询有关住宿生的生活指导。

第五章 退舍

第十七条 (退舍区分) 退舍的分类如下。

  ① 期满退舍:住宿时间结束而退舍的情况

  ②自愿退舍:因休学, 疾病, 就业等事由学生本人决定退舍的情况,
请在退舍前一周向宿 管提交退舍申请书。

  ③失去资格退舍:据校规受到惩戒处分的个人

  ④劝说退舍:因疾病或严重的个人习惯(睡眠习惯)等被判断为不适合共同生
活的情况

  ⑤ 既时退舍:因涉及扣分行为而受到退舍处分的情况

  ⑥ 扣分退舍 : 积累了一定以上的扣分在学期中受到退舍处分的情况

  ⑦ 永久退舍:因涉及永久退舍的行为而在学期中受到永久退舍处分的情况

第十八条 (退舍处理)

  ①在学期中受到退舍处分的同学, 原则上需要在自通报日起一周内完成退舍。 但, 馆长可根据具体情况对退舍时间进行更改。受到既时退舍处分者, 虚假投宿者及无理由侵入异性生活空间者, 原则上在受到退舍通报的第二天就要退舍。但, 馆长可根据情况特别规定退舍时间。

  ②奖学金获得者,如果该住宿生失去奖学金资格,应在此时间进行退舍。
但是如果本人自行缴纳当学期宿舍费,则可以继续居住。

第六章 宿舍费

第十九条 (宿舍费及退款)

  ① 宿舍费在接到入舍通知后应在期限内缴纳,如不缴纳不得入舍。

  ② 入舍者退款标准如下。

    -退款金额:每一周管理费×剩余周数(不包括退舍的那一周)

    -失去资格退舍、既时退舍、扣分退舍或永久退舍:每周管理费×剩余周数

第七章 加・减分制度

第二十条 (加分制)

  ①对为宿舍发展作出贡献或在共同生活和安全活动中作出表率的师生,给予下列加分:

第二十一条 (扣分制)

  ①对不遵守生活馆共同生活安全应遵守的事项的住宿生给予以下扣分, 未明示的扣分可在生活馆职员会议上另行调整后给予。

  ②扣分制分为国家传染病灾难情况和普通情况。

第二十二条 扣分的抵消及加分, 扣分的消减

  ① 住宿生被扣分的情况下, 可以通过特别加分来消减扣分。

  ② "累计扣分"是指该学期所扣分数的总和。

  ③ "剩余罚分"是指用加分抵销罚分后所剩余的罚分。

  ④ "剩余加分"是指抵消罚分后剩余的加分。

  ⑤ 以抵消罚分为目的执行加分制,如果过程中中断,加分就会消失,罚分会维持不变。

  ⑥ 学期开始后,上学期的"累计罚分“与”剩余罚分"将自动消失。

第二十三条 (入住加分)

  ①如有 "剩余加分", 又申请入住加分制了的学生,在下一学年录取时,会换算为入住加分。

  ②入住加分按照 “加分5分换算为入住分数1分”来计算, 最多可加5分(加分25分)。适用于第二年度但不可累积转记。

  ③层长疏忽自己的事务导致混乱或损失时,层长入住分数(+5分)可能会被削减。

第二十四条 (扣分者的处分)

  ①警告处理:住宿生在此学期"剩余扣分"达到10分以上的情况,宿管以口头和书面形式对住宿生处以1回扣分管理警告措施(可能采取限制入住处分), 也通报给其父母或相关联系人。受到罚分警告处分的住宿生应积极参加抵分制活动, 以此来消除扣分。

  ②既时退舍:做出涉及既时退舍处分的行为的情况,处以既时退舍及扣15分的处罚, 如果同时有其他"剩余扣分"的情况则核算后一起进行处分。

  ③入住限制: 住宿生的"剩余扣分"达到15分以上时,或当学期的“累计扣分”达到25分以上的情况下处以入住限制处分。此情况下当学期外一个学期内不得入住。

  ④“扣分退舍“:住宿生的"剩余扣分"达到20分以上时, 或当学期的“累计扣分”达到30分以上的情况下处以退舍处分。会在学期中退舍,此情况下当学期外两个学期内不得入住。

  ⑤“永久退舍”:出现符合规定中永久退舍处理的行为时,将进行永久退舍处理,至此不再获得入住机会。

  ⑥入住限制,扣分退舍,永久退舍的处分情况, 可能会在宿舍馆内进行公示。

第八章 其他

第二十五条(个人移动装置及车辆使用)自行车, 滑板车等(以下简称"个人移动装置")的使用如下。

  ①住宿生原则上不得在宿舍内乘坐个人移动装置,必要时须事先得到馆长的批准。

  ②在宿舍内,个人型移动装置要尽可能低速安全运行, 除了紧急情况外, 不使用轻音器。

  ③宿舍内不得开私人汽车停车。但是, 在入舍, 退舍, 身体残疾等不得已的情况下, 必须在宿舍行政楼或入口警卫室事先得到出入许可,在这种情况下可以限时出入。

  ④个人移动设备不得在生活馆内擅自充电, 因充电, 处理疏忽而发生火灾或安全事故时负责。

  ⑤公用滑板车禁止出入宿舍内,个人滑板车可以保管在自行车支架上。

第二十六条 (宠物饲养) 宿舍内不得饲养任何宠物, 包括哺乳动物, 鸟类, 爬行动物、两栖动物和观赏鱼类。

第二十七条 (商业行为) 宿舍内不得进行课外辅导等一切以营利为目的的商业行为。

① (实施日期) 本细则自2019年9月1日起施行。
